These policies are written for V1 launch and will be expanded as operations scale.
Shipping & Insurance
We provide a mailer kit and shipping instructions. Packages are tracked. Insurance details and coverage limits are provided with your kit. You are responsible for following packing instructions to help maintain coverage.
Offer & Pricing
Offers are based on evaluation results (metal type, purity, weight, condition) and market conditions at the time of inspection. Estimates made prior to inspection may differ after verification.
Video Transparency
We record the opening and verification process and provide a private, uncut inspection video link for your package. Our public livestream is anonymized (no names, addresses, or order IDs).
Returns (Declined Offers)
If you decline the offer, we return your items. Return shipping and handling costs are deducted per this policy. When possible, we disclose the return cost before shipping the return package.
Payments
After you accept the offer, you may select ACH, Check, Wire, or PayPal. Timing depends on verification completion and the payout method selected.
Privacy
